Life Tips Part 1 – Health

A few years ago, I came across a concept of a “Life Handbook”.  Today, I rediscovered the notes that I made at that time (aren’t journals great?) and decided that this would be a great time to share the tips with my readers.  We’ll start with “Health” today, and will move on to cover “Personality”, “Society” and “Life”.

Life Tips for Great Health

  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  3. Eat more natural food and less manufactured.
  4. Live life with the 3 E’s – Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
  5. Make time to be with God.
  6. Play more games.
  7. Read more books that you did last year.
  8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  9. Sleep for 7 hours every night.
  10. Take a 10-30 minute walk daily, and whilst you walk – smile!
