A few years ago, I came across a concept of a “Life Handbook”. Today, I rediscovered the notes that I made at that time (aren’t journals great?) and decided that this would be a great time to share the tips with my readers. We’ll start with “Health” today, and will move on to cover “Personality”, “Society” and “Life”.
Life Tips for Great Health

- Drink plenty of water.
- Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
- Eat more natural food and less manufactured.
- Live life with the 3 E’s – Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
- Make time to be with God.
- Play more games.
- Read more books that you did last year.
- Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
- Sleep for 7 hours every night.
- Take a 10-30 minute walk daily, and whilst you walk – smile!
